The staff were very friendly & helpful.
It was a one night airport stay.
Will be back again and refer others.
The room was clean & comfortable beds, the breakfast & airport shuttle were perfect to start our trip.

We arrived from a cruise ship and a couple of us weren't feeling well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room was a nice size. The breakfast included waffles - always a favorite of mine. There were lots of other choices as well. An excellent breakfast included with the room rate. We required a car to travel to places we needed to go which came in handy when we left the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as having pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms and nice amenities. We did feel the price was a little higher than what we had hoped to spend.
We have no complaints about this hotel as per above.

Proximity to the airport and the fact it had a shuttle. When no cabs turned up to take people who couldn’t get on the shuttle to the airport, the shuttle driver started his runs half an hour early and ran the shuttle non-stop to take everyone to the airport. A big rave to the shuttle driver.
The early morning shuttles were fully booked.

Hotel was convenient. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Close to the airport. Comfortable clean rooms. We were able to have an early check-in.
It was a bit strange to have the breakfast room on the lower level….basically in the basement. But, it was clean and bright with good lighting.

Once the air conditioner was working the temp in the room was great - very comfortable. It was nice to be able to open the window a smidge as the air outside was clean and fresh. The room was tidy and the supplies in the kitchenette were sufficient for our needs, and the fridge worked well. The beds were very comfortable although the linens had seen better days. We could have used a few more towels for sure. All in all a comfortable stay. Unfortunately it was a visit due to a death in the family, otherwise I would most likely have enjoyed myself much more.
Too far from the elevator... I am a senior and it was very difficult to get around the hotel without an elevator in our section. Walking from the room to the stairs was difficult enough. The ice machine and the refreshment unit were on another floor and away from our section. Again too far to walk.

Late flight out. I had to rent for another night as I was told noon is latest.
Difficult when you don't have credit card and they don't accept cash as deposit.

Breakfast was very white carbs served in a dungeon with no windows. Location was ok, close to airport
Felt very old and dingy,room smelt fusty, noisy heater and outdated. Looks like it needs a revamp. Beware , we would not if booked if we had known our room was nothing like the pictures of a small modern wing which we did not get.

Zero. Paid for the room after driving for 8 hours, expecting a good rest upon arriving got denied and turned around because their machine would not accept my card and said there's nothing they can do about it, so we spent the night in a God dam parking lot in the freezing cold car yet I still have been charged this is unacceptable plz fix this

I had to change rooms the ground floor rooms at the back over look a wall within 3 feet if the window. Felt like I was below ground

My stay was brief because I had to leave at 4am. It was convenient to have places to eat nearby. The reception staff were helpful and courteous . The shuttle is a good service and the driver was friendly and helpful.
The room had windows that let in a fair bit of outside noise ... traffic and planes. I had to wear earplugs. The floor in the room had not been carefully cleaned and I stepped on a small spring out of something lying on the floor.

Rooms were very tight with 2 beds in it.
