The staff was extremely friendly.

The lounge and restaurant on site that was advertised online while booking was not even open because of staff shortage. The air conditioner in the room was poorly maintained and made a horrible rattle continuously. No elevator offered to bring luggage upstairs. Vending machine for beverages in lobby was out of order.

The breakfast was ok

The beds are awful unless you like a really soft mattress. The floors were cold and very creaky

It is a reasonably acceptable hotel for a small town; the rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the staff is 24 hours at the front desk; the exercise room is small, and there is no elevator, but if you are only travelling for a short stay or a day, the price is reasonable. It is located close to the city exits and much cheaper than other places in the area or surrounding towns.

I don't know if the hotel has a specific area for smoking, but when we arrived, many people were smoking a few steps from the main entrance and the place reeked of cigarettes; this is a point to take into account since not everyone likes the smell of cigarettes when entering or leaving a hotel especially when you go early in the morning. Within 5 meters from the main entrance, 5 or 6 people smoke cigarettes regardless of whether others smoke.

Breakfast was good but the dining room was too warm and stuffy.

Pillows were thin and very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was very noisy. Next time I book I will ask for a more accessible room. I walk with a cane and it wasn't easy to take my small luggage upstairs. It would be good to know if accommodations have an elevator.

The staff was friendly and the location was easy to access. The room, although very basic, was comfortable, and there was extra pillows provided. Clean towels and additional personal items available at the front desk, if you forgot anything. The continental breakfast was easy to access and although basic, did have tasty items and decent coffee.

This building is obviously older, with no elevator to the second floor. The bedspread was slightly dirty, and the tv/cable wasn't checked before I arrived to make sure it was working. Standard size main bedroom, although the bathroom is tiny with a very shallow bathtub.

Very good breakfast. Lady at front desk was very helpful.
