Friendly front desk staff
The chairs in the room were so stained I didn’t even want to use them, not even to set a bag on. The manager should be embarrassed at the condition of these chairs. My one bath towel was torn and thin, thank goodness there were two towels. The walls are so thin I could hear the couple in the next room talking to one another.

Clean room. There are some updates.
Bad finish on the updates. Missing some trim or reusing trim. Just a little more craftsmanship can go a long way. Look at you tube for cost effective tricks.

The heat was not on in the room when we arrived. It took a while for the room to heat up.

The owner Kris was very welcoming and made us feel at home.He was ready to help every time we approached him with any request.
Housekeeping could have been better..the rooms were not swept or mopped when requested for it.may because of all the suitcases we had

Good comfortable room, with a proper "man's" toilet bowl in the ensuite :)

Overall it worths what you pay. It is clean and the location is good. The picture looks better than the actual but still reflecting the truth.

Very quite and cozy. Staff were pleasant and the property was very clean.
The heater/AC was very loud and there were a few scuff marks on the wall. Also there was only one night stand instead of two.

I like parking right outside the room. The inn is located very close to the Lindsay Exhibition grounds which was perfect. I was there for Snowcross
