Noise above us kept us up all night. Called the front desk and nobody would answer the phone. Went down at 7am when I couldn’t handle it anymore, I was told I could move to the 1st floor? How about asking the people in the room above us to stop playing basketball? A bum was sleeping on the lobby couch, another one was coming and going taking food from the breakfast line with his dirty black hands, a lady pointed it out and the worker didn’t care. Not a good stay

The breakfast was fabulous. Staff, everyone, very friendly.

The room carpet felt filthy, needed a good shampooing,,,,, my bare feet showed dirty floor.

The room and the staff were great. The location of the hotel seems like a very "seedy" area. The noise from the freeway was more than we expected. All in all, it was a good stay.

The dog fee of $50 for one night was excessive. The pet friendly room smelled badly of dog and the easy chair was stained.

room -- the smallest ever no closet, nowhere to put anything down, bathroom very small bed was lumpy and very soft - we have stayed in several Hampton Inns which have been very nice, so I expected the same, but this one was ridiculous -- even the walls were thin - could hear the people next to us talk We will never stay there again and most likely will look for other hotels as apparently Hampton does not have standards and is way overpriced especially the Hampton in Clackamas

The hotel is really nice, easy parking, excellent comfortable rooms, nice decor, great internet, complete breakfast, and available coffee, tea a fruit all the time. Staff are really welocoming and helpful.

It is a shame that the material used at breakfast is not recyclable. There is an awful lot of waste. There was bit of noise from the nearby motorway, but not too bad.
