Everything was amazing!

The breakfast was not warm and of poor quality.

Good location. A lot of places to eat close by. Shopping etc. Good customer service.

Trash cans can be just a little bigger. one meal and the trash is filled. Of staying there for 3 nights that’s not enough. i had to hand off the trash to the cleaning lady.

Room was as described

No hand soap in the room, the pool was broken when arrived. Staff was very rude about the situation, breakfast was horrible

Location

When I arrived early for check-in I was asked what floor would I want my room, I informed the team member whatever floor was closer to the pool and he said first, so I went with the first floor and returned ay 3 o’clock for check-in, I was informed by the same staff member that my room wasn’t clean because staff members weren’t aware room was going to be occupied, so I was moved to the second floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pretty entrance to the lobby as well. The nice touch of my name located on the tv screens when we arrived was just that extra touch to put a smile on my face.

Everything was great,I just wish the pool was heated instead or in conjunction with the heated room where the pool was located

clean, fresh, up-to-date. with the exception of the first night, every time we passed front desk clerk said, hello enjoy your day. other staff smiled and greeted whenever we passed.

first night check-in: clerk said nothing; we said we have reservation; clerk brusquely said, I need to see ID; finished check-in. clerk never said hello, welcome, enjoy your stay, anything we can do for you.
