Breakfast was great.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was warm

I liked the location, the restaurant and the price.

When I walked down the hall you could feel and hear broken tiles underneath the carpet. You could feel the. when you walked down the hall. The window in the room wouldn’t close and I could not lock it. A cold draft came into the room. I tried to turn up the heat but there wasn’t any register in the room. As you walk through the building it shows that it really needs some maintenance.

The breakfast was amazing and the servers were so attentive and friendly

very little lighting in the room. Rm 429 has a very loud hum just outside the walls. It was very annoying.

The window was open and it was not warm out. Then upon trying to close the window it was jammed and difficult to close and wouldn't seal properly. The menu in room was not correct. The restaurant did bring one promptly but was then out of what we ordered. The portions were small, not great tasting. shower door did not close properly. Given there was only 2 of us, only 2 towels required ( but quite small and thin) some people shower night and morning, This wasn't a huge deal. TV was very challenging to operate.

on the 2nd floor going to my room, in the bottom of the carpet the tiles was broken and i can feel it while walking.

It was clean

The front door was frozen and there was no maintenance on site to fix it or anything else in the building. I had no heat in my room and there was no hot water either. Also, the fireplace wasn’t working.
