Absolutely not a thing!!!

The room I stayed in was so smelly, I asked to change Room, Could not be done! I had to call for towels three times, and did not receive till 11:30 pm! The fridge would not get cold. There was a big hairy hairball on floor!! The air conditioning smelled moldy! I never write bad reviews, was told I be compensated at end of stay, then as Checking out, someone would call me. Will see! The whole place smells like a big stinky armpit, vey very offensive odor!

Stuff tried to help with all questions.

„Breakfast“ is very poor. We used Tim Hortons across the road.

The breakfast was adequate but the room was very warm - it didn't seem to be air-conditioned. The food was not replenished as soon as the spot was empty. e.g. cream, eggs The garbage pail for the plates was not is a good spot. You had to get through people trying to get food to throw out the plates.

The dining room should have been cooler. There should be more seating.

I had issue with key several times

My rooms AC unit was extremely loud and kept waking us up at night. A few times it was making a noise similar to a fire alarm. My TV remote didn't work. Replaced the batteries at the front desk but it still didn't work. Also the TV was way too small.

stains on the lampshade, not enough outlets to charge phones.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating with late check out. Clean and comfy rooms.
