ALL WAS IN GOOD TASTE AND STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE LOCATION WAS OUTSTANDING. THE BREAKFAST WAS A GREAT TOUCH HOT ANBD READY.
THE BAD WAS THEY ONLY HAD ONE ELEVATOR WORKING AND IT TOOK FOREVER TO GO BACK AND FORTH TO YOUR ROOM.

Zuviel Plastikgeschirr und das in einen so schönen, aber auch teuren Hotel. Aber sonst sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage.

The staff at check-in, Denali, was super friendly and accommodating. He helped up ensure we got this correct room type, we needed an accessible room and gave us wonderfully clear instructions on how to use the parking system. I appreciated his kindness and assistance.
The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the elevators. They were super slow.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we planned to do. Everyone was so friendly and the breakdast was delicious.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Perfect location for attending a conference at the hotel across the street. The parking garage is right next door which is very convenient. And to top it off the breakfast was excellent and the convenience shopping was fully sticked with a great assortment of options.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The bed was fantastically comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the serving area was very clean.
I would totally stay there again, no question.
The only thing I didn't like, but was still not a downer. I went to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area, and the coffee was luke warm at its best. I made myself a fresh hot cup in the room.
I do feel like in a suite, with the kitchen type area and the sink, maybe include a small dish detergent of some sort.

the front desk staff did not communicate well about parking (handicap parking, cost and location of garage) and other credit card information. She was polite but lacked the knowledge needed for a guest.

I liked the cozy and clean room.
I didn't like the hidden fees that wasn't on the site and the parking lot behind the building...very unsafe.

I wasn't told what time was check out, what time was breakfast or about the time limit of parking that I paid for and they tried to have my pay an extra $92 dollars they fixed it but. Felt like it was very disorganized :/
