Not clean inside and it is not convenient to park. We were told that back door is not worked. We need to go front door and walk on the street to walk to parking place.

Curtains let a lot of light in so room was fairly bright in the morning. Curtain was stuck and unable to move up more than a foot in the morning. Bathroom small and cramped. Garbage outside of elevator. Little details overlooked. Continental breakfast was gross

Hotel offered Van service to close-by restaurants and tourist stops which was very helpful to our group of six family members. Staff were very helpful in this aspect of the trip

No on site parking. Needed to use hotel valet service to park cars for the stay

Staff was excellent, especially the gentleman who comes in around 5, can't remember his name, also shuttle driver that was on Friday night. Both were very helpful. Shuttle service is wonderful.

Being told upfront parking was $20 each time you took your car, it was worth the shuttle, but was unexpected, and that the Saturday rate was higher. I booked though booking.com and was not aware of the extra $90. Also there should be a safer place to wait for shuttle after an event at the keybank car, a street corner is not safe if you are alone. Overall very good experience

The restaurant was not functioning at full capacity. There was only a grab and go breakfast with no microwave to heat up oatmeal.

My room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient with multiple staff available. I realized I left my credit card at Gabriel’s Gate restaurant and the hotel drove me there to get it and they brought me back. They offer a free shuttle service to anywhere within a mile. I told them I’d be walking there and they suggested they just drive me since it was chilly. As far as parking, you can street park very easily near the hotel. I parked on high and ellicott. It’s metered between 8am and 6pm, but Buffalo has an app so I could pay my meter from the comfort of my bed.

Room was clean and updated. Staff were so attentive, always helpful and would bring anything you need right away.

Breakfast was bare bones. Would have been nice to have a hot breakfast, eggs, sausage etc . But the stay was good overall
