We loved everything. The desk staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and big, we LOVED the walk-in shower, beds very comfortable, good wi-fi, and the free breakfast was awesome. We were there for a funeral so several of our family were there also and we all loved the place.

Absolutely nothing. We couldn’t find anything that would have made it better.

Location

Breakfast was a joke, same crap sausage you get a basic motel as well as multiple appliances were out of order. Very overpriced for not in the city , 175 a night and up

The breakfast and location were good.

The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude. We booked the jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon and we’re given a room that didn’t even have a regular bath tub. All the windows were in the bedroom so the “lounge room” was always dark and didn’t have an overhead light.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast, cleanliness. The pool looked inviting but I didn't have enough time to try it out. Next time. I liked that the fitness room was open 24/7 but again I didn't have enough time to take advantage of it.

The in room wifi didn’t work for the whole weekend we were there.

I liked where it is located.

It took 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower, the evening staff on both days I stayed there were rude and not welcoming. Also not being able to use your debit Visa for the deposit is not helpful.
