Breakfast at the lobby area - GREAT!
Swimming pool and hot tub were closed - did not post it up when booking on-line.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff were so kind and helpful. Excellent location, would definitely recommend this hotel!
Only thing was the pool was closed for renovation. However, we were allowed to use facilities at nearby rec centre. Just might be a good idea for booking.com to mrntion this on website.

Hot tub was not open made mistake with my booking and they were very unhelpful

It was so wonderful and beyond what was expected; moreover, the help desk was so kind and helpful especially in the night.
The swimming pool was too small beside I felt the water was cold.
It supposed to put bigger shampoo than exists in the washroom in the room that we spent our night in

Great breakfast. Hot & lots of choice.
We were on Lakeshore Drive which is a main road in town. There were a lot of noisy vehicles driving up & down the street. For this place it would have been better to face the back of the lot.

walking distance to everything on the lake front
was HOT inside. had to run air conditioning despite -15 c outside. temperatures in the hallways and rooms were hot and uncomfortable. also the toilet was not fixed properly to the floor.

Breakfast is what we expected, good. And the staff in the breakfast room are nice people.
Less enthusiastic response from your desk staff. We received a very bland treatment. But hey, we're people of color, so we kind of just expected that.
