The beds were very comfortable.

The sofa bed in our room was wet with urine. My husband put his hands on it, saying "why is this wet?" Fortunately, we had an air mattress in our car, so our son could sleep on that instead. No effort on the part of the hotel to clean it while we were there. The pool looked disgusting with "bubbles" on its entire surface. The treadmills in the workout room did not work at all, no power to the treadmills. Addressed with the front desk who said she would tell the manager, was not fixed the next day when I went back to check to see if it could be powered on. The front desk did not have enough quarters to exchange money for the laundry machines. Additionally, it looked like there was some sort of leak in the ceiling on the first floor, parts of the ceiling tiles were removed, and a fan was running in the hallway, smelled moldy. We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this was WAY below average. The only thing that they did do was compensate us for one night's stay, which I have yet to see be reflected on our bill because I still have not received a paid invoice from this morning when I checked out.

The lobby was nice breakfast was nice.

Rooms were very deceiving online. Our room was old with beat up furniture. The carpet felt gross on our feet. A shelf in the bathroom was bent an almost broke. The lamp by the bed had a hole. The furniture had chips all over. The window was fully closed off so the room was dark even with the lights on. Felt like we were staying in a basement closet. The pool had hairballs everywhere an bandaids on the ground all around.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast had a good variety.

We were traveling for a tournament and had our two children with us (10 y.o and 7 y.o). The main reason we chose this hotel, was proximity to where our tournament was and the pool. We check in and come to find out the pool has been out of commission since February. Would’ve been nice to know when we booked, especially since the reservation was non-refundable

The location was close to Hershey World.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

The indoor pool was closed, no cleaning or restock of towels during stay, no running water our second night.

The whole reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool. The website definitely should be updated that the pool is closed

the pool was under renovations where we were not warned about at all. we had to ask for a refill on the shower gel as the BIG bottle in the bathroom that was locked on the wall was completely empty. the staff was not accommodating at all.

Not much, my worst stay ever at a Hampton Inn ever.

Booked because the hotel had a pool. Had no notice that pool was closed for renovation. Hotel refused to cancel our reservation so we could book with a hotel that had a pool. Our room door stuck and the frame of the door would move with the door. The shelves holding the towels were falling off the wal and the toilet paper holder was also falling off the wall. The office chair had stains on the fabric and there was slopping patch work on the drywall. Not what I expected for a Hilton owned property. Especially what I paid for the hotel. I could have gotten a nicer room at a motel 6.

The property was clean and staff was very nice.

Both nights of our stay, we had no hot water in the shower...barely warm and the breakfast buffet was a mess and food was not good.

rooms were clean , final check in person was friendly

outdated , closet was behind a curtain on the wall , tv was small. no step in shower . couldn’t turn refrigerator up , no fan in bathroom . No fruit in the morning but old oranges, no meat on breakfast buffet on Sunday.

Booked facility based on indoor hot tub, was looking forward to relaxing after a long difficult year, only to arrive and fi d out the hot tub use not usable per staff, highly disappointed, then arrived at our room it was not the suite I had booked and had to go have pur room switched at which time I was told there were no suites left.

Excellent food selection and taste. Available at 6 am sharp and all section is plentiful till 10am.

the food was cold with no flavor, the room was not clean enough, dirty dishes were in the cabinet and dishwasher, there was hair in the shower on the wall.

convenience and had what we wanted, a 1 bedroom suite

the walls are very thin. We heard children on one side of our too and a dog cried for at least 2 hours the second night we were there on the other side. They really should think about putting animals and children in different floors than couples. It was pretty annoying!

the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hats off to Cody for making my son’s breakfast wonderful each morning!
