I liked the location and it was a good price for 2 nights. our room had close inside access to the pool. the beds were decent.

was advertised with my booking that breakfast was included and there was no breakfast. rooms were really outdated.

the room was so cold & heat didn’t work. lady brought a small heater for us but not enough to really warm the room. couldn’t even shower in morning as to cold. good thing we had a couple blankets in our car we took in & put on bed.

Perfect spot because I had 2 dogs and price was good

They need to put little better bath towels in the room

Nothing from the start there was problems, Got 2 rooms and one room the blankets where stained with blood called to complain they brought us new blackets this time the white bottom sheet had a huge blood stain, decided to take the blankets off 48 hours driving and finally get to sleep and could not, complained to the manager about the stains the banging upstairs and he says or nothing I can do about it its fine to sleep on we wash the sheets... and no one is above you. Would not even let us change room saying its packed, but yet no one else is here on top of me like he said. Stay away or have them pay you to stay $900 bucks out the window since we went to the holiday inn instead and travel lodge refuses to refund us saying we have no reason to leave becauae of a stained washed blanket. DISGUSTING and we have 4 YOUNG KIDS

Staff was good and room clean

Pool was closed the entire stay and had to go outside in snow storm to get to lobby. Breakfast was bare minimum compared to other Wyndham properties

The windows were drafty, kept the room cold. Could not regulate the heat, cold room. The main door to the outside was hard to open with the card, the dead bolt screws were falling out of the door frame making it even harder to get the door open. Phone did not work, peeling paint and maple bugs in the room.

rooms were a bit shabby and would benefit from some painting. Breakfast could have had more variety of cereals.
