The location of this property was perfect and the queen loft room is very spacious. Great value for money!

I wish the hotel had extra amenities such as room service, but there was a full kitchen in the suite as well.

location, we stayed here a few years ago. there are two different property management that run this hotel and the other management was much better. however, that was a few years ago, so that might have changed as well. we liked it last time we visited but this time it was not a very good experience.

we asked how often the rooms were cleaned and the staff mentioned that it was cleaned everyday. during out 5 night stay, the room was never cleaned when we returned to our room.

Great location and facilities in the room.

The noise during the night from the street kept me awake. Ominously there were ear plugs on the bedside table when we arrived. We stayed in the other side of the building with Shell Vacations pointing towards the Pan Pacific and noise wasnt a problem.

The staff was friendly and responsive. We appreciate the help we received from AJ/Ajay and Serge in getting moved to a new room when ours was uninhabitable. We also appreciate the discount we received on our first night's stay due to all of the problems with our room.

These facilities are not in good shape. They are beat up. Our furniture in our first unit on the Mountain side looked like something from a 40-year old Motel 6 and we were paying over $650 USD/night. The only reason to stay here is the location - right next to the gondola. The hot tub is closed indefinitely. The ice machine in the Village side is broken so you have to go to the Mountain side. The laundry is available by appointment only. There are no luggage carts for the Village side so a family of 4 like ours did 4-5 round trips carrying bags to move in and out. There are also no bath robes in the Mountain side rooms (despite what the website says).

Short walk to the ski gondola, in the heart of the village.

Location was great, in the heart of Blackcomb but in a quiet road just off the main walking stroll area. Nice pool & hot tub available.

Walls are alittle thin. So if there was a stag, like there was for us, you could hear it.

Car parking $30. We opted not to park at the hotel as we thought off season parking was free. It is in lot r and t but not Lot 2. Our fault not the hotels but just a heads up to others
