price is too high when there is no breakfast included. holiday inns are known for their breakfasts and I was disappointed to learn that was not the case here. Wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

what a terrible hotel ! the highly overpriced room faced an air conditioning unit and no clear view. The hum of the machinery will accompany you as you try to sleep.

when standing at the desk - the two staff were addressing complaints ahead of me. it was terrible to see these staff work unsupported and addressing with micro aggression.

Breakfast was mediocre French toast was hard as a rock Front desk couldn't find my reservation, then had no solution, said these 3rd party sites this happens alot.... Come to find out they accidentally checked me into my room earlier in the day. Stood there for 20mins for nothing. Ate in the bar, service was sub par. We were a group and one paid the bill and one left the tip. Server thought we didn't tip and decided to say out loud "well I guess I work for free" in an angry tone. We left a cash tip... Not a good look.

I love the location. It is conveniently placed for all the things we had to do in the city. Staff is always friendly, we have choices about if we want rooms cleaned or not. Check out is super fast.

Only minor inconvenience was not the hotels fault. But I wish on the booking ap you could specify which guests are in which room when booking mutiple rooms. They has split our older two kids (17 and 14, staying in a double queen room to them selves) from us by floors before we got there. Luckily the hotel staff called and we were able to change this so we were at least on the same floor relatively close together.
