The warm cookies at check-in were nice! Staff was so friendly, room was clean.

Partly our fault, but when we came down the next morning for breakfast, we saw what seemed to be a continental breakfast for guests. Neither one of us saw a sign or anything saying it wasn't free. To our surprise, it was $15.00 each. It's not worth it for what most offer included with stay.

The location and the environment. Felt like a home away from home. Was very quiet, even with remodeling going on.

No complaints, all was wonderful.

The soaker tub was great, and the room was clean. The cookies are always excellent.

I didn't know that major construction was going on, so the balcony room was useless.

It was difficult to get dry towels. We also asked to have the room cleaned which didn't happen over the 4 days we were there.

The hotel is pretty dated. Currently under renovation so maybe that is being taken care of. The tub in our room has cracks all over it and the wall paper in the bathroom is lifting. However it is clean and the staff were all amazingly welcoming. The pool is very nice.

The front staff is always so amazing and friendly. I look forward to seeing them every time I check in. The bar has great staff, very attentive and friendly. The new upgrades are beautiful. The bed and pillows in every room are the best I've ever slept on.

Personal no very nice at front desk, feel a little discriminating from server it was a little weird, we never asked for a free breakfast, but how she treated to us it was no nice . The way how she talks to us so different to others

I changed to three different rooms, The rooms were all in very poor condition, cracked paint and broken defaced furniture, couldn’t use the bath in any of the rooms all had peeling and cracked enamel, all the rooms had extremely loud HVAC systems right at the head of the bed. Holes in the wall. I really would like a refund. I spent over 350 a night. Very dissatisfied. Additionally the hotel was under construction which was undisclosed and completely covered in plastic.

The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming. The bartender is great and even remembered me from my previous trips and knew what I usually get for dinner.
