Çocuklu aileler için ideal ve çok temiz bir otel. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar inanılmaz ilgilendi ve çok yardımcı oldular. Herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ediyorum.

Room was comfortable and clean and right near the elevator, so very convenient.
Parking device to let you in did not give a ticket so staff had to let us in, which they did quite quickly. So not a big deal.

The room was good, as described, comfortable beds.
Parking is chargeable and, to my mind, expensive. I would have expected free parking in that location. Maybe I'm behind the times as a former Providence resident, but it doesn't seem like someone where you'd have to pay something like $8 per day (if I'm remembering correctly).

The game room was out of service. Kids were pretty sad about it

The staff was super helpful as needed and the hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located.
The bathroom doors did not have locks on them which I personally found odd. But other than that, I have nothing but good things to say!

Good location
The curtains did not shut, there was no equipment to recharge an electric vehicle, they charged us $12.00 to park a car and charged for breakfast.

I liked the location of this holiday
I found this hotel so uncomfortable! We booked for 3 people so My 15 year old grandson has to sleep on a sofa bed! This bed was awful he was so uncomfortable with springs sticking into him.. I paid a lot for this hotel room and feel my stay was substandard! Breakfast was spars and on top of a high price you had to pay overnight parking! I would definitely not recommend this hotel

We enjoyed the view and proximity to India Point Park and Narragansett Brewing.
We didn't like the additional on-site parking fee.

I found this hotel to be very comfortable for all the important things: bed, heating/cooling and shower. All of these meant that we had a super enjoyable stay for our daughter’s wedding.
Parking charges seem high at $12/day.

Rooms were nice, clean, etc. Facilities we’re also very nice. No complaints about the facility itself.
Only two things I did not like. One, parking is a bit of a nightmare. But my number one complaint is that the location of the property is literally within a stones throw Interstate 95. It was noisy. I asked for a room in a different location on the non-freeway side but they said that all rooms were filled.

Location, right in Providence
No luggage carts available in lobby, staff made no attempt to help or find a cart. Need more carts.
Bathroom needs hooks, no place to hang clothes or towels. Also no ports by head of bed for phones or watch.
No cups in bathroom.
Room was clean, coffee machine worked well, had to ask for replacement pods, electric shade was broken, no daylight in room.
Staff was not friendly at desk, no good morning, etc.

The view in the bar is amazing. Even though we didn't partake in breakfast, it was a nice option to have full buffet or continental. The room was very clean and comfortable.
