The hotel has a good location, and we were able to use the parking garage, though it costs 50 USD per night, which isn’t cheap. The breakfast was okay.
The hotel was not as modern as we expected from the pictures. The room, especially the bathroom, needs renovation. The second bed was a low-quality sofa that was uncomfortable, creaky, and lumpy, making it impossible to sleep well. The price was extremely high for a queen bed and a guest bed.

Lumpy mattresses for both pull out and king bed. No restful sleep for anyone in the family.

Le petit dej à volonté est assez bien fourni, la chambre était propre, spacieuse avec un coin salon, la petite kitchenette te permet de te faire du café, d’entreposer des produits au frais ou d’utiliser la plaque.
Les prix ont augmenté pour le laundry ($3 lavage et $3 séchage) mais c’est tellement pratique quand il y en a un dans l’hôtel.
A gauche de la réception, il y a un petit store qui peut dépanner (lessive, pile, clé USB, bouteille d’eau, limonade, soupe, …)
Le parking au sous sol est très propre, facile d’accès.
Dans les toilettes communes, à côté de la réception, des tampons sont mis à disposition gratuitement…
Dommage que le parking soit payant et cher mais tu as la possibilité de laisser ta voiture devant l’hôtel.

Great location, great service, great room, great hot breakfast included. We got a huge 3 room suite for the price of a regular room with an ocean view. It came with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, no need to run down the hall for ice! The Space needle was a 15 minute walk, the Pike's Place fish market was a 25 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel was very spacious as was the breakfast area, plenty of room for everyone to sit. The staff was very friendly with recommendations of where to eat and how to get to attractions. I got a text after we checked into our room asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything. I thought this was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay another night. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

The shower was broken. The bed was broken. It seemed a little outdated for the price to be honest the heater sucked as well..

I loved the location. We walked to Pike’s Place and the space needle from our hotel. It was about a 25 minute walk to Pike’s place and a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.

I love that it’s a family friendly hotel. I also loved that the girl who was doing the evening shift was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was a good selection..location was great with a bus stop close by
Rooms were a bit warm..had to get a fan from front desk..
kitchen area was nice but could use a few more things such as regular sized serving spoons to put in green beans or corn when on table. There needs to be atleast 2 larger serving dish bowls in room

The Sofa bed needed a new mattress.

I like that it has a secured parking on-site. The location is perfect, not too close and not too far from the busy downtown core. The breakfast is a bonus, too.

we had a problem with a running toilet. asked front desk if someone can fix it. came back from dinner. front desk didn't have it fixed. my son did know how to fix it.
so he got the problem solved

Layout of room was very functional. Everything was clean as new. Kitchen was spotless. Staff were friendly a courteous. Breakfast buffet was great.
There is a big problem with parking access to P2 and no warning about it. The ramp is too steep and I scrapped my regular height car most times on entry and exit. Not mild rasps but hearty crunks.
When I tried to go slow to avoid the scrapping. the garage door came down on the hood of my car leaving a definite mark.
I can't believe I am the only guest to have experienced the scrapping. There should be a warning sign. Someone's car is going to get badly damaged.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena with places to eat and a Safeway 8min walk away. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with enough cooking utensil and dishes. Check-in was fast and easy.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, good value for the cost
The heating system wasn't the greatest in the one bedroom room. Too rattly, kept waking my baby. And all the heat went to the living room, but cold in the bedroom. That's my only complaint, everything else was great.

It was a very messed up situation. First, they say they can’t find the reservation and I had to call customer service. Then, they say it was cancelled while nobody knew about it and no reason was given. At the end of the day, they don’t have a room that we wanted and we had to book two rooms instead. Last but no least, they still charge for the reservation which they told me that was cancelled. This charge is still on there after a month.
Problem still haven’t been solve. very disappointing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was nice and it had a kitchen, which we didn't use. The location was great. It was right next to the Queen Anne's Beer Hall and walking path to the water. The neighborhood and room were quiet even though we were in the city and next to the beerhall.
The room and facility cleanliness need improvement. For example, we had coffee splattered on the wall as well as other miscellaneous substances on the walls and floors. There was hair in the "clean" towels. The tables in the breakfast area were sticky, and the floors were not cleaned after breakfast so there was food all over them. Overall, the room and facilities did not feel clean.
We were also on the ground floor. People were frequently smoking cigarettes and other substances right outside and the smoke would permeate into the room.
