Clean, accommodating my handicap of being in a wheelchair. Staff was professional and friendly.

They said our payment didn't go through when it clearly said approved on their machines and our banking app. Then from Friday to Sunday of us staying there the manager ran our debit card 16 times other than the one we did. When we returned home on that Monday we got emails saying our accounts were in the negative due to the hotel charging us all these times. On top of one employee telling us it was a glitch in their system and then the manager doing different so now they want us to prove they got their money when we have 4 emails saying the transaction was complete

Cleanliness, not too far from beach

Rooms are not spacious, bed made loud noises any time you moved. Room was okay though.

room 220-shower tap seized solid , man forced it then handle fell off unable to use ,microwave not working he plugged into 7amp table lamp!!!! I am a retired electrician a microwave should be on a 15 amp dedicated socket. Moved to room 221-disgusting bathtub,had to prop front of dresser with folded towels to prevent drawers from falling out . Fridge ,clockwork microwave,table lamp,charging centre all christmas treed on one outlet(a fire just waiting to happen).All furniture worn to point of 0 star hotel use. Get one of your reps to visit unannouced and try the crap breakfast while hes at it

not as clean as it should be

Very outdated hotel. Really needs updating. Everything that should be white like the towels , pillowcases and sheets were all dingy and stained up. Pretty gross. Beds very hard. Nighttime front desk staff very rude. Cigarette butts everywhere.. on top of water fountain, in pool , in elevator.

They had my reservation ALL wrong and charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Hopefully, I don’t have to call again to get a refund on the extra night room charge

mattress was too soft for me.
