Booking advertised the 1 bdrm suite as 750sqft. Booking charged me in advance, however, I received a room that was only 430sqft. I asked the Hotel and Booking.com for refund. I didn’t get the refund. In my opinion, it was a bad faith from booking.com. In addition, booking.com misled the customer.

The hotel and the room are spacious.

Parking is extra and expensive. The bartender was rude. The same person was also the cook for the breakfast he seemed to hate the job.

It was sooo very cold. Very uncomfortable cold. We could barely stand it.

We love everything about this hotel! The breakfast is awesome. The best omelettes ever!! We have visited over 20 times on our many trips to the East coast. Very close to Rapids Waterpark

They don’t have an ice machine on the (pure) allergy floor

The staff, from the desk managers to the bartender to the buffet to housekeeping....great! Always pleasant and helpful. The location was great with the places on my itinerary.

The hvac could be upgraded. It worked, but it just ran continuously and didn't do a great job regulating humidity.

Although a good location the hotel is in need of maintenance and upgrade.

Regardless of dated appearance we repeatedly asked for housekeeping and the day before we checked out received clean towels and hastily made beds. We were informed at checkout of the $15 per day parking fee despite having a parking conversation with the person during checkin. Upon returning home we disputed the charge with the manager and it was reversed.

Front desk , Ms. Nadine was very nice and extremely helpful. I have a disable daughter, and she made our accommodations for an accessible room as soon as possible. 🥰

Only when the bar tender made a statement , I had too many cookies from the complimentary refreshments. I had about 8 cookies. They were for me and my family that wasn't there at the bar. It was 4 of us ! And she said it in front of the other guest that was at the bar. It was Friday evening 8/11/23. I started to say something, but I didn't. So I'm saying it now. I felt a little embarrassed, so I left the cookies.

impressive and updated facility with a welcoming entrance, nice gathering space and overall sense of appeal. breakfast setup and offerings were fantastic and well done.

the reception area is not easy to find. with two big entrances, if you go in the one that doesn’t face the registration desk, you might wander a bit in search of it.

the room we booked got double booked and we went from a king suite to a double queen. the bathroom door didn’t shut completely and the room had various damages that made it not worth the price

It. is a bit expensive for the quality of rooms. when I asked for a late check out the staff was not accommodating and told me I could stay only 30 minutes more. The hotel was not busy and no one was cleaning when I left and I am a HH member.
