Lovely location and friendly staff.

Room was pretty tight to fit cot in space and sleep 5. Noise was mainly the issue. We stayed in an older room on ground level and you could hear everything from room upstairs, including simple footsteps. Next doors' air con would come on with a clunk and startle us during sleep.

Great view of the Harbour. Hotel at this time of the year is very quiet.

Hotel is a little tired. Older decor, rugs have had it. Doors to rooms are very old. In a small town I totally understand that a major reno is not in the budget. Everything still clean and a great stay

the fact I book there hot tub room and at the desk they to me you have a up grade it no up grade no bath tub just a shower next day did not clean room ran out of toilet paper and charged me the same for room when I asked about it they said had a water leak that’s why I didn’t get what I booked I stay in hotels a lot worst experience I ever had

Mostly everything! Great view, especially at breakfast!! We stayed in the detached building and it was very clean and energizing in the room! We all had our own little deck area to sit and watch the sunset or sunrise or just cry I enjoy some fresh area😍

The door was a bit hard to work. Getting it unlocked.

Toilet too low to flr need higher toilets - mattress uncomfortable

Cleanliness, restaurant availability and food quality, size of the fridge in the room, nice patio to enjoy the ocean view sunset in the evenings.

We did not have hot water for the shower both days - tried several times between 6-9:30am unsuccessfully.

Breakfast was limited...cause the hotel was soon to close for the season. They did put out a continental breakfast for us...which was fine. But there was no hot breakfast. We were informed of this when we checked in. Fisherman's Landing restaurant across the street was open and it did have great food. Location of the hotel was lovely.

Despite having a spacious room...you could hear every noise from the hallway and rooms next door. It was odd that they put a huge bar in front of the middle picture window in the room...spoiled the view. Also odd that the other rooms had a balcony...but the suite we were in, did not. Furniture was very comfy... Seemed that we paid a lot, but could have easily been more comfortable in a less expensive room.
