Customer service is awful. Had some issues and the communication with manager and staff was horrible. Very delayed and late replies. And in the end, not helpful at all. Would not stay again. So disappointed that I do not even feel like starting to explain here—please find somewhere else to stay. We got stuck with this listing as it was the only one with so much availability during the busy holiday season (I guess for a reason) that could accommodate 24 guests. There are plenty of excellent resorts, hotels, and airbnbs in the area. Will definitely pick another place for our annual blue mountain trip.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Indoor pool was closed & when I was advised the hotel would not let me change/cancel my booking. Was also an error on my pricing & hotel charged me more than my rate, I got my money back through my travel agent but the way the hotel dealt with it was not very nice. Receptionist was rude & dismissive & didn’t even want to see my paperwork or booking information. Customer service needs improving.

The location is very convenient. I loved the staff. Everything was amazing. Will definitely come back.

Nothing really

The location is excellent and the grounds of the hotel are amazing. Lots of areas to sit or have a picnic, as well as bbq facilities. Room was spacious and well appointed, as well as very clean. Everything seemed to have been updated, the bathroom was very good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Gustav restaurant is worth a visit. Food at dinner was great, steak done to perfection. Breakfast was also very good.

The only minor criticism is that I found the bed and pillows a little too firm.

Beautiful grounds

Perfect ground floor walk out room to pool area. Travelled with young kids and had a playground as well. Hotel felt safe and not too busy. Also, thought it was great there was a BBQ you could rent to save money. Also, had microwave in the room as well as decent fridge; utilized both.

The only complaint is that the "sleep" itself was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was a bit tired and could use a new box spring or something of the sort.

Location is nice

My room was next to laundry room and it was very disturbing as there was too much chatter outside my room and the noise from laundry room was it very disturbing.

The ac of the room didn't go below 68. The outdoor pool was closed. The breakfast wasn't included in the booking. It was a complete nightmare. Should have booked a motel than this. On the booking site it said, pool view. But I got to see the locks.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and updated. Nice roomy shower. Microwave and bar fridge in room were very convenient. Good location and easy to find.

The a/c - heater unit in the room was loud and as a light sleeper, interrupted my sleep when it turned on.
