Overall the stay was great and fit the needs for our stay. Comfy beds and overall the room was great for our short stay. The breakfast had a good selection.

Would be nice to have access to a water filtration and or water fountain to refill the water bottle, as opposed to having to buy non environmental friendly bottled water.

The breakfast was not great , When I went down around 7 a.m. things we dry and kind of messy . I had a coffee and slice of toast and then chose to go out for breakfast after checkout instead.

My room wasn't as clean as I would like. Hair in the tub and things forgotten in my refrigerator. That made me want to check my mattress and sheets , but those were fine.

The room and bed was very clean and comfy. the food was excellent lots of options and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The pool area needs an upgrade, it wasn’t as clean as I expected and too dark at night, there’s no liquid soap in the bathroom only bar soap that is hard on the skin. For a 4star hotel they should have a nicer soap, I love the lotion though.

They didn't clean the room on the second day. Apparently they only clean every third day. We shouldn't have to ask. There was quite a bit of dust lingering around.

after a small hiccup, everything was resolved great. I received a text msg from the front desk asking how was my room etc . it was truly appreciated. very clean

water was warm in the evening ( in the shower) but that’s probably bc many people were taking shower at the same time tho .

well we initially liked the pool and that what got us there.

the pool was disgusting. hair, toilet paper, floating around. So dirty it would make your stomach turn also no hot water in the room called front desk was told to leave it running for a very long time and it will heat up. 20 minutes before it finally began to warm up.
