Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Front desk staff was friendly

Facilities were dated, some areas not as clean as one would like The elevator was not working Side entrances would not open with room keys Sounds easily heard from rooms above.

I would like to see grits and bacon offered as well as ice tea.

There was no hand soap in the dispenser

On the beach

Location was great on the beach. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive.

Homeless people roaming the hallway. Staff attempted to charge me for parking each day because they said I went through Booking.com. Phones did not work to call the front desk. On site restaurant brought us out a burnt pizza for dinner.

The balcony had good chairs and a table.

The staff communicated poorly regarding the availability of the reserved rooms. I was told my credit card declined. I booked via booking.com and I called them and they said the issue was with the hotel. Both parties kept pointing the finger at the other, all the while I’m being told the day I’m scheduled to check in that I only have one room. Yet my credit card reflects two have been paid. While talking with staff on the phone, staff hung up on me twice because one stated she didn’t like the way I was talking to her and the manager indicated I was rude because I was talking loudly. Once there, I requested an extra roll of toilet paper from the cleaning staff and was denied (she basically said “no I cannot have an extra roll).

That is dog friendly and peso por at the front desk was very friendly!
