Fremont St

Pricing was extremely high and confused about booking my room as I thought I received two days booked 8 months ahead of my birthday but the special price was for 1 day and 2nd day was full price. Not happy about that at all.

the rooms are very cheap, which is nice if you just wanna have roof under your head. It’s perfect for one or two nights. Rooms are very simple. they offer free valet parking.

we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we were hearing elevator and noises from the the street. no real window in the room. :)

There isn’t a bottle of water in the room or a cattle to heat water or at least coffee. You have to leave the hotel to get some morning coffee and breakfast

it is our first time in Fremont, they gave us room right by the stage in Fremont, the noise was tolerable until the band started playing and we woke up with that loud band noise and our room was vibrating, next night they switched us to another room, very quiet but the AC doesnt blow cold air at all, we cant open windows cause it was permanently sealed, I called staff - nothing was done, so we didnt have aircon next 2 nights

I forgot my expensive shoes I called few times to see if the have my shoes and they said the the have anything talk to security and they said they were going to give me a call back and they never did and. Still waiting on answers. I need to follow with them so see who has my shoes . And another one the shower never work I have to use my friends hotel to shower what a but experience.

It is located in the Downtown. The hotel is neighbored to the Fremont Experience Walk Street, a hot spot of the city. You can sense the prosperity of the city at the place.

The room is rather small. The carpet is too old. And the whole hotel is also old.

Carpet was wet had to switch rooms and it was small

After showing them my confirmation email we had to wait for them to find it ! That's between you and them to fix. But when they did find it they tried to up the price of the room they claimed that all they had left was a smoking room and I told them that was not what I had reserved on the app and the person who was acting like the manager said that was all he had for us and if we wanted he could get us a can of airfresh to cover the cigarettes smell. And then I get an email the same night for the room that I didn't stay at because I have COPD and can't be around that much smell of smoke and airfreshener.

Nothing I drove over 5 hours to have my wife surprise start out looking for another place to stay, when we have stayed at this hotel in the past many times but we will not ever again because of how we had to pay for something we did not even booked!
