Cleaning personnel forgot to leave a towel floor did not vacuum neither and dint put up single Keurig coffee cups😔

Location was right on the river walk. Room has limited view facing the river.but Ok for none.

No onsite coffee as i paid for free breakfast. delayed valet parking and retrieval of cars. swimming pool is not heated and cold as ice.

Right on the river which was perfect. CLEAN! Welcoming and helpful staff. 10/10 This is the second time we book here and definitely don’t regret it.

The location of this place was so amazing! We walked right down the stairs and were on the Riverwalk! It wasn’t too loud and the hotel was very clean! The bed was very comfortable!

Overall a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and pillows "to die for" as my wife said. Great location, great live music in every direction with nice areas to chill and enjoy the moments.

I have only 1 thing I think yall should check into. That is the shower water pressure and temp. Shower got warm but I enjoy a nice hot shower and temperature just didn't reach the level.

Although there was some construction doing around the hotel, the location was great! Easy access to the Riverwalk and restaurants.

For some reason there was a strong sewage smell in our room in the middle of the night. It was so strong I woke up a few times. At first I thought it was coming from the AC vents but I think it was from the toilet.

The location is amazing, near the attractions but isolated from the noise. Staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable

Worst part of the stay menu seemed all Mexican oriented not my favorite for breakfast. Service first day was terrible the first day and only slightly better the second. Did provide a nice cheese cake for our 60th anniversary.

Restaurants tried nellies still with a Mexican flavor not real Irish just loud and smoke filled.

Front check in person wasnt as freindly and greeting. They should act as if they're happy your there.

We loved the location! Everything we did was at a walking distance.

I think it was pretty pricey and couldn't even offer a complimentary breakfast.

Parking, $50 a day w/o leeway, we needed an extra 5 hours(I am 75 and move very slow, The staff was very pleasant and helpful.) We had our 13 year old grandson with us who had never been in Texas so he just went around looking and enjoying he wanted to go ride the canal ride at last minute and that took 3 hours which from start til we we could leave, I stayed at hotel because I could keep up with them.

The hotel location was perfect and I loved the food options.

Not to be helped, but the road noise was awful. I barely slept. Also, I was expecting my room to be cleaned and it was not. This was unacceptable to me. If this is a covid thing, I should’ve been asked if I wanted my room cleaned during my stay and I was not asked.

Everything was really nice and accommodating. Staff very professional and welcoming. Environment was warm and inviting.

Elevator flow seemed to be conjested during peak times and slow. Maybe it wouldn't be if check in and check out times wouldn't be all at the same time especially where the hotel is situated right on the Riverwalk. I understand the turn over to clean the rooms and get them situated for the next guests but for the amount of guest flow and the elevator ratio it just gets to conjested. Other than that all very nice.
