Parking was fine

Room seemed very outdated - veneer peeling off back of bathroom door, older rug, stain on ceiling. Rug going down hallway was well worn - seams pulled up in places, etc. I expected more trendy from the photo's on website and how lobby was set up. Breakfast was adequate but the charge for $28.00 for fruit/runny eggs, dried out pancakes or a prepackaged( and unwrapped) pastry and a cup of coffee seems a bit pricey. Seagulls on the roof VERY noisy and woke me up!

The lobby is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

There was a shift from the lobby to the bedrooms that felt like we entered a completely different hotel. The bedrooms are super outdated and the beds had no mattress covers.

It was clean and spacious. It had good food in the restaurant.

It was a little hard to find.

Bell hop was nice

There were leaks all over from the roof even in the pool. Came down running late and needed valet and front desk was not accommodating with ID insisted we went bavk up for ticket.

The rooms are dated. The first room was extremely hot and smelled of cigarette room. The second room the air was cleaner, but the room was still very dated. Very worn. They need a total renovation. The staff was absolutely delightful.

The furnishings are dated , wood is peeling off the furniture even around the mirror in the bathrooms. The faux leather on the lamps is peeling. It has seen better days. It’s just so worn. They really need to invest in a total renovation.

Good location right off the highway. Close for short drive into Port Chester and less than 1 hr to NYC. Easy parking, easy check in and easy check out.

Room was not cleaned well. Windows were dirty with finger prints and grease smudges on inside, Still had fallen food bits, crumbs on floor under the desk, had a small stain on bed sheets, nasty looking stain on ceiling and the smoke detector/sprinkler was actually covered with a towel. Nice facilities but we checked in around 3 and left around 5 to go out for the night, Starbucks, the bar or the restaurant were never open and it was a Friday evening. Closed when we got back around 11.

De l'accueil (personnes très professionnelles et très souriantes) à la qualité des prestations de la chambre et de l'hôtel, tout fut parfait.

Petit bémol : l'arrêt du service proposé de navette en minibus entre l'hôtel et la gare. Dommage.

Everything is worn and broken down.

The lobby was very nice. The woman in the convenience store was nice.

The lobby was very deceiving compared to the rest of the hotel. Our room did not seem updated as much as the other parts of the hotel. Night shift front desk staff was not friendly. Room and hallway smelled like covered up must/mold. Carpets of the hotel room felt damp. Tub had scum around the drain, and the drain plug was out. Only two sets of towels in a room meant to accommodate for four people. Also, the “50 inch” TV was more like 36”.

Yay! Now there are mini fridges in the room. That was a bummer last time without them when I had young kids.

The location was fantastic

I reached out twice during the week before it stay and never received a response. We checked in and turned the A/C on in the room before heading it to our event. We returned 5 hours later and the room temperature remained the same. We cashed the front desk and they said they send an engineer up to fix it. After waiting 30 minutes we called again and asked for a new room. They wouldn’t accommodate us and said we’d have to wait for the engineer to come fix it. We are unable to sleep while waiting for the engineer and the temperature is too high.

This was the dirtiest place ever. The lobby looks amazing the rooms are terrible

Clean, comfortable, and the staff was great

No room service. The advertising said you could call the restaurant and order, then pick-up, but they don't answer the phone. Front desk said they couldn't help. The fried Calamari was awful, could eat it, also provided the wrong sauce. Just not the Hilton experience I was expecting. I paid for two rooms, the phone in the 2nd room didn't work.

We were very pleased with the quiet clean room, felt very safe and the staff was super.

The carpet in the room was damp, I think it may Jane been shampooed, but it resulted in the room being musty. replies to emails were delayed regarding payment on departure were delayed.

That the pools were closed to the Jewish people so we didn’t get to swim most of our stay

Room was immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Staff were uniformly polite and helpful, breakfast buffet was very good and the breakfast staff went above AND BEYOND

Too much too list. Don’t stay here unless you get if for $99/night. Also don’t stay if they are hosting a wedding because parking will be a problem and if you’re in the wrong room the music will shake the walls.

It was old, smelly, moldy with air freshener to cover up the moldy smell.
