Location was convenient to highways and sights. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable. Adjacent restaurant was nice and quite reasonable.

Anyone and everyone potentially had access to the interior corridor in the building where I stayed. This seems to me a problem waiting to happen. Also the parking is not convenient for those staying in rooms facing the street. This could be alleviated by designating certain spaces at the end of the building for those rooms.

I showed up very early in the middle of a rainstorm and the staff let me leave my things there while I explored down town. Very nice, comfortable rooms. The Orlean express bus also leaves from the hotel and you can manage your booking there.

Very strict about check in being at 4:00 pm. A number of us showed up a bit early and had to wait until 4 exactly. Then we all had to wait in line.

Good location. Quiet.

We weren't able to check in until 7:30 pm because the room needed to be cleaned. At 4pm we were told it would be about 1/2 hour. No apologies for this. Then I went to find some ice. Too bad, the ice machine was broken. End of discussion.

Compared to other similar motels we stayed at , the price here seem a little high.

Close to the center.

Not enough lighting outside. Therefore, the front foyer smells like pee. People must be urinating by the parking lot. Since it it is an Inn, noise are expected. But since I paid $300+ for a night, thought it would be at least clean & decent. But it was not at all. Carpetting is musty and toilet flush is broken. Bed isn’t comfortable either. I think it’s priced high because of the location, but don’t expect too much from this hotel. You’ll get disappointed for the price you pay.

The bathroom was tiny and outdated. Most of the staff did not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate. The property did not provide ice machine.
