Room was small

They were able to check us in right away, which was nice. The double room had lots of space, huge closet, wonderful desk for work and makeup and an extra chair besides the outdoor space. Due to weather, we weren't able to use the outside space or use the fire bowls. The Spa there is amazing! The massages and facials, scrubs were great. I would just say they need a hot tub for multiple people to use after services.

They have no room service and no one would answer phone at the restaurant. We had to go order in person and pick up in person. The small fridge had no freezer space and the ice machines are every other floor but none on the main floor where we were. High $40 to valet your car. The area is run down, so you worry about safety parking car, getting gas, etc. The Shores is high up on a sea wall, so you must go down to beach and sometimes water is right up to the wall. The one day it wasn't raining and we could use our lanai, the furniture was filthy from the storms.

Relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, awesome pool deck and right on the water. Spacious rooms and elegant building without feeling stuffy.

Beds and pillows left much to be desired. Fridge was tiny, frosted over and barely kept the food cold. Excellent soundproofing between rooms.

Very, very over priced. Rooms are not nice at all for the price range they are in, stains in carpet ect.

I loved our room with terrace. Just couldn’t enjoy it due to poor weather.

Beautiful place, nice restaurants and a nice beach steps away

We paid for a cabana suite and they were doing construction outside our area. We couldn't use the outdoor cabana at all. They started construction at 8am and didn't finish until 5:30. Absolutely a waste to pay the extra money for this room

The website was misleading, amenities weren’t available. We cancelled when we arrived and the hotel was reasonable and agreed to refund us but booking.com still hasn’t refunded us!

Nice room and liked the ocean view

The bed was uncomfortable more the pillows for it being a 4 star should had better pillows, for example they had four pillows that looked like decor pillows not even a standard size and it being a king size bed should have been king pillows. Had to ask for the bathrobe.

The entire staff was kind, helpful and engaged in every interaction. it is a well cared for hotel.

At that nice of resort I would expect room service while the kitchen was open
