Prices are better now than in the summer. Got ripped off for $300/ night last time. This time was $150ish.

There was a planned power outage that day and we were NOT notified at any point while talking to staff. When we asked for a refund based on what we thought was an unplanned outage we were THEN told no it was planned. TELL GUESTS ABOUT POWER OUTAGES SO THEY CAN MAKE SURE PHONES ARE CHARGED BECOREHAND ETC. Seemed like staff were hiding the planned outage hoping we wudnt notice since it was overnight / early morning! Very disrespectful!

it should have a smart T.V in the suite. it’s the modern era of 2022 when the OTT platform is creating one of the best entertainers' shows and movies.

This is a 2 start rated Motel, but we did not feel it was 2 star at all. You can tell that Best Western has replaced everything in the rooms to bring it up to their standards. The room was spotless, with new carpets and beds and all new furniture. The bathroom was clean and the towels were thick and fluffy! I have significant back issues and fully expected to have difficulty with the bed, but no issues at all! The included breakfast offered far more variety than we expected with several choices that could accommodate my gluten free needs. Having a Shoeless Joe's right in the parking lot gave us a place to walk to for drinks and appetizers before we called it a night!

The room had a slight stale odour when we first arrived, we opened the windows for 30 minutes and had no concerns afterwards.

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. Too expensive for room that we had -grubby carpet.
