Amazing location! The management company was very responsive and nice when I contacted them.
It's really dark in the condo. Also, the layout is kind of weird, and the master bedroom is set up for kids, not adults (like with twin beds instead of a queen.)

self catering accommodation - had been before so knew what to expect at these condos. Good space, quiet location but also very close walking distance to pedestrian shopping areas and ski area. Actual apartment was a bit 'tired' - some tlc needed but all round it was superb for our needs and a great location - free shuttle bus stop immediately across the road from the property. Small hot-tub and pool area great for a quick wee soak after a day's skiing. Washer drier and well equipped kitchen (apart from crockery comment below). Would definitely go back if opportunity arises.
More in the way of crockery and serving bowls - apartment catered for 4 people but for instance only 4 mugs so constantly having to wash mugs and glasses, rather than wait til dishwasher full - less efficient use of energy.

in general, the condo is ok. spa area is well maintained.
old decoration, really not comfortable sofa bed, complicated check in (I received a lot of long emails of instructions for check in, just to receive a 6 digits code to access the room… )
not so comprehensive owners: The bus arrives at whistler from Vancouver at 3pm. The check in is at 4pm. The room was ready at 3pm but we had to wait outside with all the ski gear until 4pm (the code was only activated at 4pm), even though I asked the owners if it could be possible to access the room just a little earlier. Check out at 10am and the bus leaves whistler at 11am.

the place was clean and comfortable. it’s within walking distance to everything but slightly outside the main busy area so it was quiet at night. the kitchen was well equipped.

The unit we stayed in looked a little worn. For example, on the kitchen cabinets, paint was missing around the knobs. But it did the trick.

Excellent location near the heart of Whistler village. Good amount of space and everything to hand. Access instructions were very good and worked well. Furnishings good and sound proofing good.
The management put themselves out to ensure we could use a hot tub and pool after building work started earlier than expected and the complex's pool was closed.
Loved Whistler, liked the accomodation
Kitchen just getting a bit tired. Some restorative redecoration would be good.

Location for us is perfect. Close to everything we need.
The unit continues to show its age. Carpets should be replaced, counter top is in rough shape, washing machine always feels like it's about to break. It's mostly cosmetic.
The unit could use more than 4 coffee cups. There's ample drinking glasses and fancy drink glasses but only 4 mugs.
Also, the unit is supplied with things like bathroom soap and toilet paper/tissue without consideration for the days of stay. We are there a week. Ran out of garbage bags and tissue and we used up the bar soap. We travel super light and don't bring those items. I'm sure we could have called someone but that should be considered when they do a refresh.

Good location. Quiet at night. Underground parking included. Unit was older but functional. Small but functional washing machine. Bed was comfie enough and good newer sofa.
Toilet had issue on arrival but did get it attended to by Whistler Retreats. Cracks in kitchen counters. Bathtub older and finish needs some attention.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the slopes. Just over the road from the main village so didn't suffer the nightlife noise.
The facilities were excellent, full kitchen & laundry facilities. A heated entrance hall was great for drying out the ski gear.
Communication with the team was great and they were very helpful.
There were a few areas that were a little dusty. Such as behind doors. We lost a watch down the sofa & when we took the cushions away it was clear to see that the cushions hadn't been removed and cleaned between guests.

The location is very convenient and central in Whistler village. The underground parking was very valuable and made my stay much more comfortable. The combination of baseboard heaters and fireplace made the temperature in the unit easy to control. The unit was clean and quiet, and the property manager accommodated my 2 week stay by leaving extra towels and cleaning supplies for me. I really appreciated having consumables like dish soap and hand soap provided. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary utensils, pots, and pans. There is a shared hot tub within the complex - the hot tub is often busy in the evenings, but it is a nice luxury if you find a quiet moment to relax there.
The bathroom is a bit older and could use a refresh; particularly the faucets on the sink and shower could be replaced for ease of use. The unit is not luxurious and the carpets, counters etc. are a bit older, however it is certainly clean and comfortable. One note is that it would be convenient to have laundry soap supplied, or small amounts available for purchase, as most guests will not want to purchase a large jug of laundry soap for a one or two week stay.

The unit was very clean and well stocked! The kitchen equipment was fantastic.
The hot tub was a special treat. :)
We’d definitely stay again but we would choose off peak so as to avoid the loud street noise and parties.

There were extremely loud parties until 3am across the street or in the complex all 3 nights we stayed there.
The street noise was terrible.
There is also no easy way to get your belongings from the parking stall up to the room. No elevator and a really long hard walk especially since we travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids

The townhouse was bigger than I expected and decorated well. It looks like the owner pays attention to detail. Also, the hot tub was great.

The location was great.
The unit is dated and in need of a good cleaning and painting. No light over kitchen sink. The swimming pool was filthy. The filter on the pool obviously not working. When you wave your hands in the water they come up covered in human hair.
