Location ok and room was clean. Staff were helpful.

There was a fridge next to the bed that woke us up. The bed bases it mattresses creaked loudly when getting into and out of the bed, and whenchanging sleeping position in the bed

The beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had such a strong perfume or scent not sure what it was but it was nauseating. We kept door and windows open to try and rid it but it was deeply embedded. The sound on the tv was so low we could barely hear. We arrived late and by the time we got the volume sorted it was very late. There is no where to hang a towel and the fridge was not working, we had things we wanted to keep overnight.

There’s a strong smell when we entered the unit but eventually gone after opening the windows. The fridge is old so it’s creating some noise all throughout our stay. The washroom is small too.

Location and Price

Having a baby playpen is a must when hosting families. This property didn't have any. The bed was just double-sized, too small for a family of three.

Feels homey. Quiet. Friendly staff. Beds are super comfy. Deep tub, very clean. I’ll be back.

Don’t let the drapes and comforter fool you. Old motel but very well kept. TV could be bigger but I don’t use it.

No carpet, I like the clean and cleanable floors. Internet connection was really good.

The heat did not work, it was 4 celsius one night and then 0 the next, there is some attendant there at all times so he was kind enough to bring a space heater for me. still sick because of cold night, the bed side lamp needed some shaking and turning before it worked, it was not a big deal to the staff, just loose, business as usual, no heat is also business as usual. there is this pollution making factory in Hinton that pollutes the air, that was at it its worse when I was there, you could smell it .
