Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Seemed to be clean. Convenient location for our purposes.

When I checked in, the inner door was locked for security purposes. I appreciate this. But my wife had literally checked in and beat me by 5 minutes. The night desk clerk walked right by the door and glanced at me and offered no help or ackowledge my presence. I am older and was well dressed so it wasn't like I was going to rob the place. I had to pick up the phone and call. He then asked for identification, handed me my key and said it's on the second floor and hurriedly went to the back. Next morning I checked out and wanted to make sure my Honors number had been recorded. I was told that after check in it could not be added. WHAT?? This is absolutely ridiculous, This analogous to handing my credit card to pay the room, then getting room service and saying, "sorry, the initial card stamp that I used for checkin is all that I am paying and I can't pay any more because the card already was used. I explained that the night guy was not helpful at all and suddenly he offered to enter the number. Whether it went through of not remains to be seen. I am skeptical, but come on Hilton -- get your act together. The airlines allow you to enter frequent flyer numbers after a trip if you forget to add it when you book the flight.

The hotel was clean and well appointed.

The room was at a frigid 67 degrees when we arrived, and when we got in bed, the bedding was col and damp. It almost seemed as if the linens were not dried completely.

Clean and room was comfortable for the most part.

Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Could not sleep at at. Besides that noise, the airplanes were taking off constantly and there was no warning from anyone.
