A M A Z I N G! A very nice hotel nearby, driving 15 minutes, from the Grand Canyon. The room was comfy and clean.

Breakfast was great, nice buffet with juice and coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations about nearby sight seeing spots.

Restaurante escuro, poucas opcoes de cafe da manha e comida fraca no jantar. Atendimento estranho, parece que nao estao acostumados com muita gente. Tivemos que esperar do lado de fora para entrar no restaurante vazio para jantar, que estava marcado. O restaurante tem uma aparencia meio fantasmagórica.

De locatie, goede badkamer met fijne douche, het ontvangst in het restaurant.

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel (met name de jonge man), vieze kamers. Lag rest afval van vorige gasten onder het bed. Drie keer gevraagd of ze het wilden schoonmaken, is niet gebeurd. Degene die op de betreffende dag de housekeeping runde was ook zeer kortaf.

The hotel building and decor is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, hot pool is a plus after a cold winter day out and the bar on-site had a good atmosphere. Also comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and all channels required on tv. Location is good unless you want to pay the price to stay right on the canyon, but here you have restaurant options, a shop, the imax, petrol station within a few blocks at a very reasonable price

Maybe they can improve the atmosphere in the restaurant, it was low season but lights were dimmed too low, no music, but great service and food

Excellent environment. Nice and comfortable room. Very convenient facilities. All staff are helpful. My parents and I traveled to multiple cities in the US, and the Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon was undoubtedly the best one we stayed at during this long trip.

Had an indoor pool and a hot tub which was nice if it was very cold outside. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Très belle deco de l’hôtel. Thé et chocolat chaud servis (devant une belle cheminée magnifiquement décorée pour Noel) à l’arrivée. Jacuzzi et piscine très agréable au cœur de l’hiver. Seulement 15 min du Grand Canyon.

Prima locatie, dicht bij restaurants en niet te ver van de ingang van de Grand Canyon. Vriendelijk personeel, genoeg faciliteiten in het hotel (restaurant voor ontbijt en diner, bar, gift shop, fitness, piepklein zwembadje).

Persoonlijk vind ik het restaurant wat aan de prijzige kant voor het soort eten, dat overigens wel goed was. Verder geen verrassingen, want ik was al eerder in dit hotel geweest.

Elevator was closed all week. Restaurant was closed down less than halfway through stay, but no change in room rate. Front desk staff was not very helpful or courteous.
