The bed was very comfortable

There were no trollies or employees available to help us get our bags up to our room, and in the process of hauling everything to the room, I somehow lost our door card as well as the parking pass and breakfast vouchers . They replaced the door card, but refused to replace either of the breakfast vouchers! So we ended up having to pay for our breakfast the next morning! My wife was extremely unimpressed

Broken glass in hallway door wasn't dealt with quickly. Terrified when we heard the glass break in the middle of the night. Couldn't sleep afterwards. Two people smoking a crack pipe in outer stairwell when we first arrived. TV channels would go in-and-out.

Check-in staff were very friendly and offered a complimentary late check-out because we checked in so late due to a long day of travelling. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The view from the room wasn't particularly pleasant.

Complete fitness center and big swimming pool, well located between good restaurants and the local high street.

The sauna looked out of order.
