The place is clean and the kitchen has complete appliances. Utensils, Pots and Pans are also available.

Location was ok

Flies in the apartment which we complained about but they did nothing. Building was being power washed for our whole stay and we were not warned. Could not use balcony and noise was such that you could not stay inside the apartment whist it was being done. We complained but they did nothing- extremely poor customer service

The location and space was very good.

The value was so expensive compared to the service. I was locked out for an hour at night cuz the lock was not working properly. There was no enough paper towels in the washroom. There was no kettle in the kitchen for a tea.

Tenants upstairs very loud very late and we couldn’t enter our suite all day one day 🙁

The people above us had kids jumping at 3 am and then at 6am each morning we stayed. We stayed 3 nights… 🥺 I Did ask staff to attend to the noise issue and it was not dealt with. Our Whole suite was vibrating with the jumping and running on the above floor for many hours each day sadly. I have children and am familiar with young children , however we did not go away to have the noise of constant thumping while we tried to relax.

A little dirty, shampoo was not refilled. bad sound proofing. Not enough hot water. Half of power outlets not working. Old TV, feels like it will burn out soon.

The location was perfect and the view was great, as we got a corner suite. It was a serviced apartment so we had a great living room and kitchen to make meals the way we wanted, and had access to the good restaurants nearby. Great for a large group, and was perfect as we were traveling with another family.

There seemed to be a lack of communication between those replying to Booking.com messages and the front desk as she didnt know I wanted 2 parking spots etc. We were charged for the second parking spot. There are no instructions on how to contact the front desk for anything, when that room is closed. A broom/swiffer would be a good addition to the space, so we could sweep the floors. The coffee machines weren't working and there was no kettle.

3 minute walk by the pier and restaurants. Underground parking is available. 360° rooftop view of the lake and mountains. Suites are fully equipped with utilities.

Key fobs to access the property are limited; was promised two but only received one.

The property location was really good with the lake view- The staff were friendly and cooperative.

if was quite dusty, hair on my bed - and the bathrooms needed attention specially the shower curtains smelled like mold and mildew

Spacious, comfortable beds.

Old gross sponge in the kitchen sink, stains, dishwasher full of dishes, only 4 coffee pods, laundry in the dryer, very little linen (washcloths, towels), needs updating. Stains on rug and heaters/baseboards, didn't feel super clean.

Check in was super helpful the place was really nice. We thought we lost our bank card and the property took the time to look and to also follow up with me. Not many hotels do that!

Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Easy checkin and checkout.

The hideabed was not very comfortable.

Found hair in sheets not mine. Sheets seemed like they were not changed. Dishes were dirty.
