bad customer service and a nightmare to deal with them if you make the payment through booking.com. you will NOT get a business invoice from them nor booking.com. Dealing with them and logically explaining the matter is a futile endeavor thar will just result in frustration. Never have I experienced this at any hotel. Furthermore, the rooms are quite modest and you can easily hear neighbors through the walls. Bathrooms leave more to be desired. It's really mediocre at best snd very frustrating at worst when having to deal with some staff members.

The rooms are very modest, most definitely not worthy of a 4 star hotel. facilities lacking and customer service quite bad with some staff members treating you as if they are doing you a favor. I had an accounting issue with them on a business trip which had never occurred for any other hotel that I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. conflicting answers were given and they remained entirely uncooperative to resolve it. suffice it to say, if you need a business invoice, you will not get it neither from them nor booking.com if using the platform to make the payment. this is the only hotel that has done so adamantly (among the many, many I have booked and paid for through the platform, although some staff members told me otherwise). Just be warned in that regard. For me, this experience was enough to put me off Hilton hotels ever again in the future. There are some good, polite, hardworking staff members but they are not in any influential roles. unfortunately they would not suffice in uplifting everything else.

Wir haben zu viel Bezahlt, wir haben keine Chancen gehabt mit Booking.com kontaktieren, denn die haben kein Telefon und E-Mail-Adresse, wir waren nicht zu Frieden, wir haben gedacht wir bekommen deswegen wegen Zimmer ohne Balkon , die Unterschied Geld Zurück. Wir sind Enttäuscht, Falsche Angebot und keine Antwort.

The cleaning staff and desk services representatives were wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt safe and loved that everything was there within the hotel.

I wish the breakfast was included but my significant other had to pay. Also paid parking.
