Easy check in, comfortable.
Ac units do not cool off well enough. Had the same issue in different rooms during prior stays. Breakfast runs out quickly and they do not make more.

The night staff was helpful and very courteous. We checked in later in the evening. The front desk person was very professional.
There was no fresh decaffeinated coffee. Just small dry packets.

I've stoid at other Ayres and every single ckean, clean, clean
I notice at this Ayres or this room #331 that the sink should be centered. It is slammed to the left my shoulder againt the wall the whole time I was shaving and yhe door know into the bathroom digging into my hip

Hotel is easy to get to by car or taxi as it's close to highway. Swimming pool and djakuzi are great and you can use them from 8am to 10pm. In morning and evening hours there were no people so I enjoyed the pools alone - wonderful! Breakfast is included and it is decent. Rooms are of good size and have everything you need, including AC, big flat screen TV, microwave, small fridge and coffeemaker.
The AC was quite noisy so I had to turn it off for the night. It wasn't hot during the night so having AC off was completely fine. The hotel is close to highways so outside it might be a bit noisy but inside rooms it's quiet.

Staff are a bit rigid
- I couldn’t locate my credit card for them to process/block the indemnify charges and they refused to check me in even though I offered to deposit cash instead
- check out is 12pm and I asked for 12.30pm and was told not possible

The breakfast was great. For some reason we did not receive housekeeping everyday so our room was not kept up to par but for the most part it was a good experience
