O hotel é muito afastado da Strip, onde estão localizadas as principais atrações para turistas. O serviço de Uber está ruim nos EUA. E não há metrô em Las Vegas. Então, tive bastante dificuldade em me locomover pela cidade. O hotel é caro pelo pouco que oferece. Recomendo que ficar na região da Strip, ainda que o hotel seja um pouco mais caro.

Da localização e da limpeza. Fiquei hospedado 5 dias e não houve limpeza, nem recolhimento do lixo no meu quarto. Recomendo ao hotel que ofereça serviço de limpeza adequado ao hóspede.

Breakfast was good, had everything we needed (coffee could have been better). Room and overall facilitie were good as well. Staff was absolutely great, would definitely come back.

Prices at the lobby were too high (snacks and beverages), coffee was not really good (could have definitely been better). Other than that, no major issues or feedback.

Noise from airplanes

The hotel location is not too far from the strip. Reception and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.

Nice room, comfortable bed. There is a small fridge & ample room for cosmetics with mirrors & drawers. The free breakfast was quite good. 1 mile from the airport!!

Lobby & hallways could be spruced up. Very expensive room rate.

The floors were pretty dirty. Walking around barefoot, my feet turned black! Wear slippers for sure.

Breakfast war average. Saturday was a zoo. Understaffed in the kitchen and seating area was too small.

A lot of walking as my room was far away from the elevator and I use a walker. One elevator close to my room was out of service.

I did not request for handicap equipped room, but I was assigned to one. The front desk said when you request a king sized bed with tub(bathroom) then you automatically gets assigned to a handicap equipped room which I was not aware of and they were not able to change the room to accommodate my needs bc the rooms were all sold out for the weekend. It’s not a huge deal, but I did not like my long dresses touching the floor bc clothing racks were all low to accommodate wheelchair/handicap seats.

No shuttle to the strip: 30 min walk. Lots of waiting for breakfast. Selling a high floor room when the building is only 4 floor and you'll never have any kind of a view.

Excellent!

Make sure there is always coffee, we didn’t ask for room service everyday even through they did the bed daily which was appreciated. But we lacked coffee and cups daily.
