The staff was great. I was greeted the moment I walked in. They were so helpful even at check-out.

The pool was green water, and well kids being kids, my son got in and ended up sick. The value of the room was descent felt could be better. The restroom was okay no fan so it was a little distrubing. It was an okay stay but not what was stated online would upload more newer recent pictures.

it was very nice and comfortable to stay in — very quiet and clean. The breakfasts were excellent.

Convenient parking was hard to find when returning at night, but it was ON.

Neighborhood is very sketchy. I was worried about my vehicle out in the open in the parking lot with some of the people wandering around. Several of whom came into the lobby and bothered the desk associate.

Front desk associates were pleasant.

No extra blanket or pillow in closet. No nice toiletries. TV remote and therefore TV, didn't work and ac/heater unit would not hold set temperature. Was either freezing or sweating.

it’s very close to my daughters house and it’s a very nice friendly hotel. Love staying here when I visit Southern California!
