No handicap handrail in shower or by toilet

The host was friendly and responsive upon check in.

The room had a terrible, strong musty mildewy moldy odor. Disgusting. No other room available. The different host the next morning acknowledged that I was waiting for her, but had me wait apx 10 mins while she cleaned up refilled breakfast items. Then when she arrived at the counter, she took a phone call before helping me, rather than placing them on hold.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Kathy at the front desk is always great.

Cleanliness could be better. The curtains in my room looked old and dirty.

Staff was nice but one person proceeded to tell her family & people in the area I was there., I was very upset by this and I know she was written up as I like to have complete privacy while I am there. It was my mistake also as I told her why I was there and I was very stressed out and started a conversation with her. She proceeded to repeat our conversation to her family ( which I didn't know she was related to the funeral I was helping with).

Breakfast was not even great . Not much to even eat actually. Coffee was nasty. Staff was rude. Druggie everywhere .
