The location was great: a tropical garden on Miami beach, swimming pool area is great, lot of sun beds and waiters always available. Rooms with ocean views are very nice and big

Großes Hotel, viele Hochzeiten - bei unserem 4tägigen Aufenthalt alleine an 3 Tagen! Danke aber, dass wir unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben, da wir direkt über dem Feierort ein Zimmer hatten. Frühstück für europ. Verh. sehr teuer.

Extremely poor water pressure in the shower!!! Besides this, the room was excellent and we really appreciate the "green" approach and especially the water saving toilet concept - bravo!

The hotel was stunning with clean rooms & large comfortable beds. The staff were helpful, friendly & welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. The pool was beautiful with plenty of sun loungers & there is a tiki bar with a large selection of food & drinks. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices from oatmeal to cooked items & muffins. The beach is less than a minute’s walk from the pool area which is ideal. The choice changed daily which was great. We will definitely be staying here again & already planning our return trip

The hotel was beautiful, close to the beach, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though there was 1 pool it was great we met some great people Mt kids made new friends in the short time we were there. This was perfect for a quick family/birthday trip

I didn't like that it wasn't all inclusive or have a option to be. Everything is extremely expensive, 1 area of the l elevator bank smell like pee

The hotel is beautiful, the details that went into the interior design are there to capture your eyes and make you feel welcome and comfortable, I also like the welcoming staff and that everything is sparkle clean

Just one little downside, despite us being 3 guests we initially had only one robe, but we asked for more and these were provided to us in no time

I had to pay usd 7 per package delivered to the hotel, I didn’t know they had this charge beforehand so I only realized it at checkout. I was charged the same amount for a regular box and for a tini tiny box because they were separate packages. I had a 5 day stay with them, I wouldn’t have expected to pay this individual amount for 6 packages that came from online shopping. Also, prices on minibar items were extremely high, 12 usd for a very small bag of cookies… ufff
