Beautiful on beach location. Close to area attractions. During our stay only one hot tub was in service and the security gate at entrance was not working

property location on the beach couldn't have been better!! exactly as described with large windows/slider to well furnished patio. Kitchen had everything that we needed (although the addition of an air fryer would be nice) The general location was nice - we were able to walk to several restaurants (about a mile) groceries about a mile as well. Manager was quick to come in and repair a broken toilet seat. Small personal issue - living room furniture is not comfortable to relax on, Leather is cold and slippery. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness. Overall was OK, but bathroom had not been cleaned before we arrived - toothpaste and residue on mirror - toilet seat had urine on it, there was a VERY old bag of ice in the freezer - fruit juice spills on refrigerator shelving. The walls could use a coat of fresh paint, covered in scuff marks - there were shoe prints on the walls in the entrance. For me this was minor - there were cleaning supplies in the unit and it took me about 10 minutes to freshen things up. I would definatley stay here again.

If you like to watch the sunrise over the ocean, listen to the waves come ashore or walk on the beach this is the place for you. The place is well maintained and has everything to keep you comfortable.

The property was amazing and by far one of the best properties at the beach we have stayed. The Property Manager was available and very helpful. If location, an amazing property, and relaxation are what is desired, this property will not disappoint.

The condo was lovely and had a spectacular view of the ocean and easy access to the beach for walkers. The hot tub was active and families soaked in it even in mid-December! Parking was easy and secure. We had a spectacular view of the nor'easter, that came up the coast, from the panoramic windows. It was our first time witnessing the power of the ocean. Sunrises were also phenomenal since we only had one day of rain in two weeks. It was a perfect get-a-way before the holidays!

This property was exactly as described. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We love Garden City and decided to try this property instead of the other property we usually book. We were not disappointed and we cant wait to go back!

Property is well maintained, the only negative was neither hot tub was working. Kitchen was fully furnished and we had everything we needed. Good view from the balcony.

My husband and I stayed for six nights in March 2023. We enjoyed everything about the condo—the cleanliness, the decor, and the location. The condo was as described. We would definitely stay again.

From start to end this was a fantastic stay. Unit was exactly as described and is better than the pictures indicate. On arrival easy access was key. Once we opened the door it was a very inviting space and of course the views were excellent. The sun rises were beautiful! Due to a flight conflict we had to leave a day early however I emailed to see what our check out steps were and the communications were fast and clear. Bed was very comfortable. Every accessory you can think of for cooking is in this unit which is not typical of most stays we had. We appreciated this as we try not to eat out our entire vacation. Building was quiet and staff/security were all very pleasant to talk with. Location is a little far from a lot of restaurants or shopping but it’s with a couple mile drive for anything you would need. Conch cafe was next door so we would walk the beach over and relax there. (We purposely chose an area that was quieter) we were very happy we chose to stay here with all the amenities this condo provided. The pool was perfect also! Do not hesitate to book this condo if you are planning a trip to the area!

Parking was difficult at times on the parking deck. Tapping noise noted with the hot water heater. Delay with hot water to come on.

Great condo, location, and stay!

Great stay. Lovely condo. Disappointed I could not use our new cabana on this beach. Not being able to provide adequate shade coverage for 94 year old mom in beach wc will prevent us from staying here if she is joining us on vacation. In addition, there is no ramp to the beach.

My Wife and I had a great time in this beautiful, comfortable and well equipped condo. The the property manager was gracious, friendly and generous with her time when answering our questions. The kitchen was especially well appointed; it had everything you could want or need for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this, or any of property managers other properties!

Beautiful views and a totally enjoyable week. The weather was beautiful! We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The dust on the glass of the tv stand was really bad. The shower in the master bath had some mildew growing in the corner and the other bathroom sink also had some mildew. The TV in the second bedroom, for some reason, the cable would not work so only 1 channel was available. Some minor housekeeping and a few additional supplies in the kitchen and it would have been perfect. Beautiful views!!!

I loved being in this quiet apartment 6 floors up. I could enjoy watching the activity below from the comfortable deck and sunrises while lying in bed! The kitchen is well equipped. Loved the bar. The hot tub and pool with beach access was nice as well. So helpful that there are luggage carts to easily get our things inside in one trip.

This property is exactly as listed the manager was very receptive answered all my questions. Location was good for our activities Throughly enjoyed our stay

This is a gorgeous property with million dollar views of the ocean. The condo is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a full kitchen. I fixed breakfasts each morning and had coffee with my sweeping views of the Atlantic and pelican feeding and other sea birds flying about. Since it was December the beach was not crowded which was wonderful. It is such a relaxing place for me. I hope to return next year.

The views from the living room and balcony, breath taking. Sunsets amazing. Beach beautiful. You can hear the ocean waves as you sleep. Condo very nice, comfortable bed, well stocked. Of course the week we stayed was the " cold front of the century" but still had a wonderful time. Many excellent restaurants!

Although the VRBO listingwas quite accurate, in person, the condo was more than we expected. Everything was fresh and clean. The furnishings were comfortable, and we had plenty of the supplies, linens, etc. for our stay. Of course, the view from the condo was beyond description. With plenty of great dining nearby and a good weather week, we had an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks!

Wanted a stress-free vacation and the stay was the perfect answer. Beautiful updated condo with million dollar views. Nothing beats ocean waves for stress relief!

Unit 603 was a great place to stay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and really enjoyed watching dolphins. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need but also still quiet and relaxing. Parking was a breeze too. Overall, a really nice stay.

Views are as gorgeous as the pictures! Property clean, and well maintained. Small extras, made a huge difference; came to town for a wedding- there's an iron! Coffee pot! A safe for leaving valuables! Thank you, we will be back!

The property was amazing and beautiful. We were very happy with everything . Trip was cut short due to the hurricane but all in all wonderful trip! Would love to come back.

Easy to get around, great restaurant Nextdoor and around the area

A beautiful condo with a stunning beach view and plenty of seating on the patio for 4 people to enjoy the view.

Overall a great stay! Location of condo and unit location to elevator a major plus. Kitchen appliances and bathrooms are nicely upgraded. TV could use an update. We had to purchase a switcher for our Firestick. Only one port available on the TV.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool & Hot Tub. The beach access was perfect and hassle free. Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us was so nice. We look forward to returning. The Conch cafe beside the condo is perfect for a quick bite while enjoying the beach. Condo was nice, clean and comfortable

603 could not have been more outstanding! The photos don’t even do it justice. It was spotless when we arrived. Check in was exactly as described and incredibly easy. The view was gorgeous and location is perfect. The master bathroom shower deserves its own shout out-the dual shower heads were a luxury. We’ve stayed at this property several times before and have never been disappointed but 603 goes above and beyond! We will definitely return!
