Room, restaurant, breakfast, location, parking
Housekeeping never came, 2 night stay. Do Not Disturb sign was on for 30 min. But they never showed up.

The hotel was kept neat and tidy and we enjoyed the park view from our room. Beds were comfy and the rooms had a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was complimentary and was decent quality. The pool room looked wonderful.
Customer service is lacking. We had a good interaction checking in and then had to deal with another staff who was just plain rude. We asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available and we would have to wait until Monday. Finally we got an email address and the manager was dismissive and offered no solution. It certainly affected our comfort level staying there. We stayed in our room and didn't bother utilizing the rest of the hotel facilities. We would not have pushed so hard had we been treated respectfully by the reception staff.

Location of our room was very noisy. Restaurant staff was somewhat rude on Friday eve and Saturday at breakfast.

Nice clean hotel next to a park.
There were 4 trains that passed in the night blowing their horns in Perth. Not a good place for sleeping. In the bathroom we could hear the room nextdoor constantly hacking and coughing. A lack of privacy in the bathroom. Could hear another room loud and clear. No fan in the bathroom. That could have blocked the noise from the other room. The breakfast was awful. The pancakes are massive and thick cakes of dough. The Greek yoghert was not Greek yoghert - it was runny vanilla yoghert. Nice dining room. Hotel is over priced but nice and clean and friendly staff.

No vent in washroom ..no heat or air conditioning
worked in room . 25 degrees had to open window ...staff didn't answer call. No one at front desk .to address issue .

The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the night we stayed. It is good location for discovering Perth, everything was in walking distance.
