The kitchen staff was very caring and make sure people ate and ate it. A very good job. I will give them five stars for staying in a hotel is the worst experience in my life I never seen people knock on doors. Why are you trying to sleep kicking walls kicking doors. It went on all night every other night and this is a disgusting place. I will get this place a zero day. Do not have to worry about me coming back there cause I won’t. And it’s supposed to be a no smoking facility. people outside smoking weed on the property. It is a free for all this place to be shut down. the sheets hair I don’t know where they pubic hair or what so they moved us to another room and then I checked the bed for bedbugs and all that and it was here in the bed has things like someone was having sex in it and I just feel that this place is disgusting. It is disgusting to me.  the cleaning staff didn’t change the bill meaning because it had stains like someone has sex pubic hair and I wasn’t sleeping in it.I need some of my money back.If you looking to go sleep go somewhere else.0 rate

. this plays the manager don’t even talk to you they got they stay off the train and not give the manager information and I just feel it’s just like a circus they wrote they so money hungry but they treat their guess like nothing and I know I’m something and when I pay my heart earn money, I should get rest and be in a safe environment and it just was too much going on there. she wanted me to stay another night with them begging old pipes their staff all day and there at night. You have someone on the same floor, banging on the walls and taking the doors in it. It just went on every other night it was a circus there and I know what goes on there and I just figure that since they know what goes on there they should be a same on a self I would never stay in best Western I don’t care if they had a $.99 beware stay out of that spot they do not change the linens you have to ask for clean sheets. This this place is disgusting. And then I asked him can he come clean my restaurant and I told him I would clean it if you give me the stuff and they said no we could do that but I had to put in a ticket to come clean the restroom but then I sent someone he did clean but other than that I’m lazy house keepers are lazy and they had a loud music in the hallway when you trying to sleep all night with assist you wanna play your music that people trying to sleep what was that makes you post to be working

The amability of the staff. Always with a smile and a good disposition to assist.

They ask the first day to do the room cleaning, and I say no, and then I have to request for it because they did not go in the room. Not even to take the garbage out.

I went to my car around 12 midnight came back to my room at about 15 mins later and my room door was open! after checking the room everything was still in place but that definitely made me be more cautious and aware.
