The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
The fire place didn't work and the mini fridge was very wobbly. I think it needs updates in the rooms.

Been there may times - this is my go to place when visiting family in Leduc. Great prices and fully equipped modern facilities. Love the u-cook waffles for breakfast and a glass of wine or full supper at JTs.

The location is great.
Valentines night getaway. Booked a jacuzzi suite, was supposed to have a fireplace in it but none. There was a fireplace but it didn’t work. And apparently only one of the jacuzzi suites has a working fireplace.

Good location, nice big room arranged well, the sitting areas thru out the hotel, clean, restaurant was welcoming and 10% off as staying there- food was good and reasonably priced.

. Stayed for 2 nights. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast. The girl Bozhana does everything for breakfast. The room was clean, the girls Ulyana and Oksana always asked if we needed something for our comfort. The staff is friendly

The location is very good, my room was clean, bed was comfy, The man at the check in was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt and more.

Spa bath was great, albeit a little unsafe getting in and out of.

We arrived the evening before our flight and were thrilled to see the restaurant was open for supper. We had a excellent supper there.
Morning breakfast was also excellent. The continental breakfast had more choice then we expected!
Left our car at Park2Go as we weren't aware of their parking availably and shuttle service.
Couldn't find a luggage trolley to transport our luggage to the room.
