Excellent location, clean and roomy

The room is very clean. The location is nice, at walking distance from most of the Boston attractions, and the possibility to park at the hotel is very practical. The staff at the reception are kind and helpful. I cannot comment on the hotel’s facilities, as we did not use them.

The double beds could have been a bit wider. The breakfast, which we did not have, would have been too expansive.

Really nice place, just that little bit of a cut above your Marriotts of this world. The staff were very pleasant indeed, relaxed, friendly, and seem to like the service-included model where you don't tip but the service charge is shared among them monthly. The room was very nice, the carpet was lightish in color and clean which is kind of rare these days, had some nice little extras, really good. Clever little shelf outside every room to rest coffee etc when searching for your key. The gym was the best hotel gym I've seen and had fitness classes. I attended a 7 am bootcamp that was perfect. The pool is lovely. I only used the go-to coffee area but they had good take away BF options. I only used the bar for drinks but very nice. They have the most beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby every day, gorgeous. The location is perfect for the conference centre, restos etc. I will defo stay there again, if in Boston.

We stayed two nights with our grandchildren, and the staff (at the reception desk, pool desk, and restaurant) were awesome! the staff were friendly, helpful, and a real asset to the hotel. The pool was very nice. My granddaughter said that swimming in the pool was her favorite part of the short trip!

The room was rather small, but adequate for our needs. We got the buffet breakfast, and it was very good, but VERY expensive; we paid more than $100 for two adults and two children, and we just didn't eat that much!

On my last I was moved to the top floor a d a large suite, due to a water leak in my room. They helped move me making it as painless as possible as I travel with pets.I felt like a VIP and the the view was terrific .. ♥️♥️ ..

NA about the hotel but it would be great if there was a convience store closer.

Staff were amazing, food was beautiful especially the brekkie and the pizza. Facilites were great and would loglve to stay again

broken pool, walking 8 minutes while getting slightly lost with young kids to get to another hotel pool in the cold, barely taking anything off my stay, difficult to get a hold of management, I don’t know the bathroom had hair in it from previous guests. weird vibe.

Everyone was really friendly, and the room was well thought out with technology. Heated bathroom floors were an incredible unexpected perk and having the ability to turn all room lights on and off from a button next to the bed was so useful!

Comfortable and quiet in the room and corridor. Secure parking. Walking distance to T and Tea Party attraction.

External construction work around the hotel and Seaport area. Difficult to arrive and depart using a car.
