Large apartment, large kitchen, well equipped, large bathroom with enough towels. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and supermarkets are in close distance, but a car is mandatory in that area. Sea World is very close to the hotel.

The pool area was not very attractive for us, mainly because the water was really hot at the time of our stay (in August).

It felt like you were just at home in your own place

I would have liked a bbq pit in our area like the other areas

spread out, safe, easy access, plenty of parking. equipped kitchen,

slightly worn, lack luster pool area, small gym very far from guest rooms. I didn’t like that I had to turn my room key into front desk and trade for exercise room key- no free weights. guest room was “surface” clean but ledges and corners were not deep cleaned. mattress was not comfortable.

Nice location. It is near attractions and the Orange County Convention Center where we were headed. The staff were very nice.

The location, the room was larger than expected with two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and early to find in Orlando.

There was so much space in our room. The beds were very comfortable. All linens were very clean and it was very quiet. The staff were exceptional and anticipated our needs. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

The suite was out dated. Grounds by patio wasn't taken care of that i picked up the stuff and made a pile behind a bush..bathroom sink wouldn't drain bc the stopper was broken. Ants in the bathroom on sink and killed a baby roach..

Clean rooms, quiet,. Close to i-drive and attractions. Attentive staff. Comfy beds and condo decorated nicely. Laundry room easy to use. Would definitely book again.

Tiki bar closed. Security arm broken. Restaurant only open for dinner. No vending machines in buildings/floors. Only one outlet in bedroom behind bed.

Furniture is very old & needs to be updated , the floor made noises when we would walk , the kitchen counter and cabinets are in poor condition, a Roach was found crawling around in the bathroom, at night we did not have any parking at all , at first they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet so we had a take all of our bags back down from the 3rd floor and head back to office to get another room , sliding door screen to patio falling off railing , no breakfast / food .

Awesome property, friendly staff, super clean! very nice pool and hot tub! i will stay here again when I come back!
