Restaurant on premises and location is fantastic

we always enjoy the urban beach scene....great for people watching

Location - right on the beach and couple of good places to eat nearby

Everything else (except location) is horrible. In the room, the bathroom door would not close, needed to insert a shoe underneath, the water stays in the sink, everything is old and has not been renovaated for probably decades, and smells same way,.. the absolutely unneeded pool in the courtyard completes the hopeless picture. NOT a good value for money.

location and value. if you can get an upper room facing the ocean it’s a fabulous view!

shower is very small. no Kleenex in the room. no hair dryer but front desk will bring you one if you ask.

location is the best plus really liked microwave & refrigerator. the staff was excellent very friendly.

No breakfast facilities available, weren’t told about the daily deposit before arrival which is $50 per day. That actually cut into and was not part of our budget for the Christmas and what was to be our fun money. Wouldn’t stay there again, nicer locations and they probably have better perks. The place is old and small with very little perks other than the view. Charged extra for parking as well, $30 a day which I feel is ridiculous for someone already paying to stay somewhere. All advertisers on Booking .Com should have to state ALL OF THE POSSIBLE CHARGES AND NOT LEAVE ANY GUESSING for someone who has to budget a trip for their family instead of just being wealthy and have no care of why your being charged.

We came here before covid couple of times already. We like that it's just on the beach front and everything is availbale nearby (bars, restaurants, surfshop, etc). Nice and friendly staff.

Some minor thing: In the past there was coffee available whole day, now day say it's not possible bcs of covid rules but in the neighbour hotel, there was coffee and food :(. There was a small kind of terrace next to the pool, we could use in the evenings, not it belongs to the restaruant next door :(

Friendly and helpful personnel. Great location. Easy access from beach to pool area. Walking distance to many quality restaurants. The staff arranged an upgrade to an ocean view room, which was wonderful.

Can’t beat the location. The staff was great.

The property is showing it age. The head board in out JR mini suite had signs of stains. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way. The hinges we’re recessed in the wall. The pull out couch needs new upholstery, worn and cracked. Could use new carpet as well.
