Loved bedroom floors, simple walls in white. (Not busy wall paper patterns) Furniture & Amenities were well thought out for practical in room that size. Liked chair outside of room. Was modest, paid for modest.

Shower needed more cleaning than it got. (In floor wall edges - mildew starting.) Soap dish had old soap scum & it was on wall with rusty hooks. (Use nylon coated metal hooks) Bathroom had hair dryer (good) but no plug (bad) Exterior first impression was dated & questionable. I was glad I came in to validate my concerns and realize there is a potential. Ceiling had swirly stucco over ceiling partition tiles. Invest in better ceiling appeal. Important in a bedroom. Ceiling finished with quarter round instead of a moulding. Reinforced the cheap & took away bonus points room floors & other new finishes.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Our check in time had changed, and luckily the staff was able to accommodate our stay. It became a later check in.

There was no communication from the website to the staff, and they weren’t prepared for the amount of people staying over. We asked the staff for an additional bed, and they charged us extra for it.

The staff are very welcoming and nice. The place is walking distance to town. The room is clean. We also have access to wifi and Netflix. We were able to have a movie night. The place is very well maintained. Will definitely come back.

The location is very close to the city centre. Steve was very friendly and cordial. Helped us to set up fire place and barbecue. Would definitely visit again.

Coffee provided from the owner was better then then ones around the town.Fantastic location,walking distance to downtown.We could enjoy a morning walk watch launching the boats or the big ferry leaving the port.

We (myself and my husband)feel comfortable with the room.Came to Tobermory for hiking trails and to be in the nature.We stayed for 3 nights,waked up in the morning,had a coffee and breakfast and then left the room until evening.Came back enjoy the fire pit behind the motel and went to bed.The heat was working good and can’t have any complaints.

There was no breakfast, assuming due to covid restrictions? The place looked nothing like what we expected and like the pictures online. It looked like it was renovated which was nicem it felt very homey. There was 3 of us 2 guys and my self a girl and there was a divider wall between the two beds which was really nice. The staff were so so wonderful and pleasant. This location was so so perfect. Everything we wanted to check out was so close and the taco mory truck was just across the street!

The towels had a bit of a funky smell. The bathtub was a bit high, and the beds weren't super comfy but it was truly good enough for our 2 night stay. Breakfast would've been nice however understand that covid-19 restricts many things and places were close but to go grab food.

Amazing place, great owners, beautiful location! Hope to come back again!
